Ready? !?!

 

Can you believe that I've actually been asked if I fake my smiles and put on an "act" to appear a certain way?! How crazy is that? It's actually not hard to genuinely love yourself and to be happy. If you wake up in the morning with excitement in your body and go to bed at night with a smile... then you've aced it! You're living your dream life -whatever that may be. Wether it's living in the moment, surrounded with loved ones or doing what you love every single day - you've perfected happiness. If you're unsure about if you're genuinely happy... take a read at my 20 tips! I can assure you that if you practice these enough they will become routine and you will just be on cloud 9 with your life! ❤ Dream more while you are AWAKE!

 

❤ Spend time with people over the age of 75 and under the age of 6. In my opinion, they truly value what's important, real and what matters!

 

❤ Try and only eat foods that grow on trees and plants. Try and have "vegan" days if going full fledge is too scary for you. GMO's and hormones mess with your mind. Trust me.

 

❤ Don't waste your PRECIOUS energy on gossip or on hate. Life is too short to waste so get rid of this and these people.

 

❤ Play More Games!! - Not mind or head games (yuck) - board games! 

 

❤ Strive for and live by these 3 E's - Energy, Enthusiasm & Empathy.

 

❤ Eat Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince & Dinner like a Pauper.

 

❤ Get out in nature. Go barefoot.

 

❤ Your job won't take care of you when you're sick, your friends and family will. Understand this and make them a priority. 

 

❤ Every day, give something good to others - even if it' s "just" a hug.

 

❤ Don't take yourself too seriously. Have fun and laugh a lot!

 

❤ No matter how you feel: Get Up, Dress Up and Show Up.

 

❤ Call your family often.

 

❤ You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.

 

❤ Try and make 3 people smile each and every day!

 

❤ Sleep for 8 hours a day.

 

❤ What others think of you is none of YOUR business.

 

❤ Do not compare your life to others. You have no idea how their journey has been.

 

❤ Forgive everyone for everything.

 

❤ Make peace with your past so that it doesn't soil the present.
